Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
Order Processing
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping
- Shipping times are between 1-5 business days based on your location.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide! Shipping times and rates will vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
- Important Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you with tracking your package and resolving any issues.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
All sales are final after 3 days of delivery. We do not offer returns, but will offer exchanges for any purchased items. Sizing issues cannot be accommodated as we provide detailed sizing charts for our products.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
Exchanges are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects.
To initiate an exchange for a defective product, please email us at official@thefaithwalker.com with photos of the defect so we can promptly address the issue.
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, free of any odors, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
If items do not meet these criteria, they will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether returned merchandise is in a sale-able condition.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. Exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.
LOST/STOLEN ITEMS
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
